Practice:
We will be practicing Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30pm
at Garden
Home Park
Please be sure to bring a size 5 ball, a water battle, cleats and shin guards to all practices.
The first fifteen minutes of practice we will be warming up with
the PEP program designed to help prevent ACL injuries. This
program was developed by the Santa Monica Orthopaedic and Sports
Medicine Group. You can find more information on this program

If you don't already have one, the uniform that you will
need for games can be purchased at Tursi's Soccer
http://www.tursissoccer.com/
As for the shorts and socks, I suggest wearing black shorts
and socks for the games.
Games:
Please make sure your daughter gets plenty of rest the night
before games (no sleepovers).
Please arrive, ready to play half an hour before the
scheduled game start.
Games will be 70 minutes long with about a 10 minute
half-time.
